Building soldered track 4

Now it is time for the track jigs. Mount the track in the jig and place on top of the sleepers.
See how the end jig is fixed with a pin. You need to do this also in curved track.

You now can start soldering. First start with every 8'th sleeper. Then look for straightness using the steel ruler.
Next split every distance in half every 4'th sleeper. Repeat this until all sleepers are soldered.
Never work from one end to the other, due to the heat the track will expand and you will be left with uncontrollable curved track afterwards.
use normal 0.5 mm solder (Conrad) + purine soldering past.
Alternatively Tinit liquid solder can be used.
Clean with lots of water and a toothbrush.
